Sustainability: 

Unlike mass-produced home goods and apparel, all of the physical Paper Snowflake Art products are made-to-order, reducing excess material waste and the need for inventory storage. We’ve done our research and tested products to create a line of high-quality items that prioritize the use of sustainable materials and eco-friendly printing techniques. We strive to minimize energy consumption and emissions throughout our production process by choosing suppliers that have local fulfillment options. We continue to refine our product list based on customer feedback, inventory options, printing techniques, and local fulfillment priorities.

Returns or Exchanges: 

We are grateful for your support and want you to be happy with your order! If for any reason you’re not, please contact us so we can try to help. We value your feedback. 

Physical products: 

All of our products are made-to-order, which means when you place an order, we make an item specifically for you! We do not have a storage facility of excess products that we can pull from or return items to. For these reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that are the wrong size, color, or if you have simply changed your mind. 

In the rare case of a damaged product or manufacturing error, we can help you receive a free replacement if you contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please use the contact us form on our website and include your order number, reason for requesting a replacement, and order date. We will follow up with you to request a photo of the damaged item so we can proceed with the replacement request. 

Digital products: 

When you purchase a digital product, you will be emailed a download link, which expires 24 hours after purchase. This policy helps keep our copyrighted information secure in a digital world! 

If you cannot find the email with the download link, try checking your spam folder and looking within all emails from Paper Snowflake Art. 

If you have not downloaded your product before the link expires, please contact us within 7 days of the order date using our website form and let us know that you need us to generate a new download link for you. Please provide the email address you used when purchasing the item, the order date, and your order number, and we will create a new link (which will also expire within 24 hours, so please be ready to download the files!)

Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot provide returns or exchanges for digital goods, even if you have not downloaded the item. 

Unfortunately, as a small team with limited resources, we are not able to provide technical assistance if you have trouble printing items or using digital files in designs.

Accessibility: 

Ensuring that our website is accessible to all is a great priority to us. We have team practices in place to add alt text and captions to our media, and check for usability and contrast. The web tools we use are not 100% seamless, which means a lot of this work is manual and sometimes things slip through the cracks because we’re human! If you have trouble navigating the site, or see any accessibility issues, please use our website contact form to let us know. We welcome your feedback and aim to continuously improve and enhance accessibility.

Privacy: 

Your privacy matters to us and we are committed to protecting the personal information of our customers. Any data collected during your interactions with our website is used solely for the purpose of providing you with a seamless shopping experience and improving our services. We only collect information that is necessary for processing orders, such as your name, contact details, shipping address, and payment information. Rest assured, we never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this privacy policy. Shipping: 

A note about shipping: 

We use a variety of partners to fulfill our made-to-order items. If you order different types of items (for example, a cutting board, a stocking, and an ornament), they will ship from different providers (meaning, they will not arrive all together in one package). This means that shipping will need to be paid individually on each item. We want to keep shipping easy (for you and us both!) and keep your total costs down, so we have implemented a per-item shipping cost. To be completely honest, we sometimes lose money on shipping in order to simplify this process. In today’s world of free shipping (especially from large online retailers that have massive warehouses, you know who I mean), many customers are reluctant to pay for shipping. As a small business trying to keep a low environmental footprint by limiting our inventory and waste, we appreciate you for paying for shipping!

Shipping restrictions: 

At this time we are only able to ship within the United States. We’re sorry for any inconvenience! If you are an international shopper, please check out the Paper Snowflake Art Contrado store and Spoonflower store, both of which have international shipping options.

Since all products are made-to-order through our partners, local pickup is not an option.

Processing time: 

The production time for an order depends on various factors, including the time of year, product availability, and order size. In general, most orders are shipped within 2-7 business days after the order is submitted.

Shipping time: 

Shipping times are generally 2-7 business days. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.

Shipping costs: 

We use a flat-rate, per-item shipping costs of $5 per item.
